The Paul Rowe School Council Foundation is a society committed to coordinating fundraising for projects which benefit to the students of Paul Rowe High School. Examples of items the funds have been used on in the past are:
- New student desks and chairs
- New library furniture
- New sewing machines
- Digital cameras
- Plotter printer
- Track and field and other sports equipment
New parent members are needed to keep the foundation viable.
